We became aware of a problem at the Data Center for our Online Merchant account early this morning.  The data center experienced a power failure due to a fire in the building in which the data center is housed and the secondary data center could not manage the load.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Quan$ite Hub Site is NOT affected by the power failure.  The power failure happened at the center RPM Success Group uses to process membership renewals and new orders.

Any member with a renewal due today may receive a notification that their card has been rejected.  Please ignore the notice.  Once service has been restored at the Online Merchant, the member fee should attempt to autobill.

We will monitor all membership renewals over the next few days to ensure that all accounts remain in good standing while our Online Merchant restores service to its primary data center.

Again, your Quan$ite should not experience any interruptions in service.
