Known Issues
by Coach Deb · Filed Under: ___Upgrade Summaries
We’ll be updating this post on a regular basis to keep you informed on what our team is working on in regards to known issues. While we’re working on correcting these issues system-wide, we’ll also provide you with a “quick fix” on working around the issue until we have the system corrected.
- “Create” » “Page” : Paragraph formatting not sticking. When you create a “blog page” the visual editor is stripping the paragraph formatting, causing all text to run together. To correct this manually, edit your page in the “code” tab and between each paragraph enter . Highly recommend turning off visual editor until this is corrected. You can do so by going to “My Profile” (link in the top right corner of your dashboard)
- Site Includes Editor adding “\” : Fixed in ver 3.1.1.4
- Social Bookmarking Robot : Multiple submissions being submitted while posting. While we’re working on correcting this issue, we recommend constructing your posts within an HTML editor or Plain Text editor, then pasting this into your post window.
- File Manager and New Folders: Fixed in ver 3.1.5.7

Just a note to remind you that it’s not only happening for a blog “page” but also a blog “post.”
Franco suggested to me if using the wysiwyg you add two line-breaks (ctrl+enter) (ctrl+enter) – it’s tedious but it worked for me. If working directly in the html, then it’s for replacing paragraphs for now.
I sure hope these things get corrected soon – it’s been going on a long, long time.
With appreciation,
Alan
Aloha Alan,
Thank you for that. Within the post is actually part of the theme problem, and those are being corrected as well.
With the site incudes editor issue I’ve noticed that if after your first save you go to another area of the dashboard or even another site incudes editor and then return to your original one everything is ok to edit & resave. It just seems if you stay on the page and edit and save a second time it goes bizarre. However I would still make a copy of clean code before and subsequent editing and saving.
Thank you SuzyJean. Having this input should help tremendously.
