Sharon – thanks for your feedback. I know Delaine and iDeborah have been helping you through the support, and while new technology can always be a challenge for people newer to the online game — our support and training materials could DEFINITELY be better.

A major portion of my and the admin teams time during this re-branding process is being spent on just those things you mentioned. Including a New Member Action Hot Sheet, Online Business Explosion Start-up Guide, and even grounding in the basics of marketing with New Media.

I am confident that you’ll be thrilled with those new support and training materials. I know you appreciate the help Delaine has provided, and we appreciate your loyalty. I assure you it will be well rewarded with the QuanSite launch.

As soon as I read the statement about testimonials, I knew I wanted to do that, but felt my site would not measure up to your high standards.

I read through the comments above and decided to go for it. I guess I have to stand beside Winona. While I am not the person you would want to call about computer issues, I have certainly been able to accomplish some great results with my limited (and self-taught) expertise. I am a curriculum writer and trainer by profession who recently left the corporate world to re-claim my life and use my talents for some things I want to accomplish instead of work to realize the dreams of another person.

I had started a blog already when I found BLOGi360. I located an affiliate and was told that this was a very simple process, so simple “a grandmother could do it.” I signed up, downloaded everything that you offered and poured over the material. What I found were HUGE gaps in information. Nothing ever seemed to start at the beginning. Having been a trainer for 15 years, I realized that you can not start at the beginning in every training module, but you can ALWAYS reference previous materials that will take a person from A to Z, rather than picking up in the middle. It was so bad for me, that at one point I considered offering my services in developing your training. I did not do that only because I did not want to insult you.

I too am in the process of re-branding because I could not accomplish what I wanted to do with my site. I have stayed with the system, even though I have not posted any new material for the past couple of months while I was thinking things through. I could see the vision and believed that I could make it work for me somehow even though I cannot trace even one contact back through this site.

I have been in contact with your support staff and am in the process of taking my current site off-line and setting up my new site. I would love to be able to give you a testimony about the differences or any other aspects of the process that you believe would be beneficial. I am willing to walk through this process in the way that you feel will be of greatest value.

I too am in the process of rebranding and my Quan$ite system will be an integral part of what I’m planning. Having been a member for over a year, I am still learning the power of what I have and have recently enlisted the help of a VA to help utilize the system even further. Having been a founding member I’d be thrilled to provide a testimonial for you as well as I believe it’s just getting better and better to be a Quan$ite member!

Even more importantly, IMO, is your commitment to quality and integrity. One of the hidden gems within the system is you and Coach Deb sharing your expertise in marketing and relationship building during webinars and training; incredibly invaluable!

Winona — Totally understand your comment. No offense taken. As you see from the 4th bullet up above in this post, the start-up and support materials are one of the biggest (and time-consuming) improvements being made along with the re-branding. I am certain you will be pleased with those improvements.

We’re also working on a solution for making the “terms/definitions” in the admin area more understandable too.

I so glad to read this update from you! I am super excited about all the changes and really happy about your decisions. The fact that I see what you guys are doing with the system makes me even more firm in my decision to re-brand myself as well and specialize in New Media Marketing Services with Quansite as my central offering.

I have seen how powerful this platform is firsthand. Since becoming a member of Blogi360 as well as the support team over 8 months ago I have felt confident in the fact that I have been assisting hundreds of entrepreneurs and small businesses with the best available software out there for them. Ecstatic about all the changes is definitely the word to use!
