• We will be tracking search results using search.twittter.com and compiling an Excel database from which we will determine the winner. Your tweet stream WILL be reviewed for compliance with the following guidelines:

  - Must be tweets from your real account (no fake accounts or accounts set up just for this contest)
  - Re-tweets show your persuasion and influence power, so they will get double-weighting in your ranking. (Re-tweets must be from other real accounts. To discourage cheating, repetitive re-tweets by a limited number of people over the course of the contest will not count.)

The encoding issue has been resolved by our partner. Any videos
that were stuck in the queue when the system went down will be
re-processed. All systems are now operational. In fact, you should notice a marked improvement in streaming stability from adjsutments we’ve made to the our built-in player system.

We are also currently working on a HUGE improvement in video streaming capabilities for the QuanSite Revolution Launch which begins next week and you’ll be benefiting from that as a member.

If you have tried using the QuanSite built-in video module in the last 12hrs or so, videos are uploading and auto-syndicating fine, but encoding is failing. This is due to hardware issues that our partner who handles the CPU intensive video encoding (crunching whatever video format you upload into FLV to be played online cross-platform.)

They are working on the issue and hope to have it resolved shortly. We’ll update you when they have it resolved. We’re waiting on several of our own videos to complete as well.

We’re experiencing an issue with a recent patch that was applied to the system to fix bugs with site skins. The bug caused some home pages of sites to revert back to the default home page template.
Not all sites are affected and we’re working to fix those that were.

All your files are backed up so we have your home page if this bug affected you. If your site was affected, please submit a support ticket at http://QuanSite.com/support and we will will fix your site asap.

We’re currently applying a patch that addresses a few things. Please see the technical outline below for more details on this patch and other recent patches since the last update:

3.3.4.7 – NMP – Video – increase video buffer to 5 seconds
3.3.4.8 – Fix skin issues for home page and external pages

Quan$ite launch update

Well, we’ve finally reached the point on the programming side that I feel comfortable in announcing the target launch date. It will be September 29th…09-29-09! The significance of those numbers will be revealed that day.

We have quite a few awesome partners on board for the launch, so with the help of our current affiliate partners this should be quite the celebration! The plans are for a 7-day launch roll-out during which some, well, I’ve gotta say — freakin OUTRAGEOUS bonuses are going to be offered along with the new membership plans. (And these will all be available to current members who want to change to one of the new plans.)

Obviously you’re going to see many of the changes start to take place as a current member of QuanSite, but we’ll be giving you more details on those things as they happen. We’re really excited about the Quan$ite launch, and we know you’ll be too when you see the improvements in the system!

New Affiliate Referral Report

If you’re a current affiliate, you should have noticed the new report that hit your in-box this past week.  From now on, every week you’ll receive a report detailing your referrals for the previous week.  A few of our top affiliates had asked for this report and it was a great idea. So we listened and pushed the roll out ahead of the Quan$ite launch.

With the SERIOUS residual income you generate with every new referral, we know it’s important for you to be able to connect with those new members who you referred and give them an extra personal touch.  That’s why we decided to release this system upgrade ahead of the launch.

Plus this new report will come in REAL HANDY during the big roll-out of Quan$ite later this month.
